For our technicians to be able to assist you remotely, you need to download client software for the platform you need assistance on. Choose your device below to get started.

Download for Windows

Click the button below to download the remote support client for your Windows PC.

    Click the download button above to download your client.

    Open your Downloads folder. You can find it in File Explorer on the left sidebar.

  3. 3

    Double-click the file that was downloaded (usually has rustdesk in the name) to launch the installer.

  4. 4

    Click Next through the prompts and then Install to complete setup.

  5. 5

    Once installed, open RustDesk and then click here to get in touch with your technician.

Download for Mac — Apple Silicon M1 / M2 / M3

Not sure which Mac you have? Click the Apple menu () → About This Mac. If it says "Apple M1," "M2," or "M3," choose this version.

    Open your Downloads folder from the Dock or Finder.

    Double-click the .dmg file to open it.

    Drag the RustDesk icon into your Applications folder.

    Open RustDesk from your Applications folder or Launchpad.

    If macOS blocks the app, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.

    Once installed, open RustDesk and then click here to get in touch with your technician.
