Starter includes 1 emergency session/month, Team includes 2, and Business includes 3 — all available 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Unused sessions don't roll over. Any additional emergencies beyond your included allotment are available at a discounted rate of $69 (vs. the standard $99). Solo Operator clients can access emergency service at the standard $99 rate.

Yes — remote support is available nationwide. In-person visits are limited to the Denver Metro area. If you're outside Denver, all plans still apply, just without the in-person component.
