Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

How It Works

We use a secure remote desktop tool called RustDesk. You download a small client app, share your ID with us, and we connect directly to your screen. You can watch everything we do in real time and disconnect at any moment. No account required — it works like a one-time session.

Yes. The connection is encrypted end-to-end, and you're in control the entire time — you can see the screen and disconnect instantly if you ever feel uncomfortable. We never store your credentials, access files we don't need, or retain access after the session ends.

We'll tell you honestly. If the problem requires a physical repair or hands-on work, we won't charge you for time spent diagnosing it remotely. We also offer in-home service in the greater Denver Metro area if an on-site visit makes more sense.

It depends on the issue. Simple problems like removing a virus or fixing a slow startup can take 30–45 minutes. More complex setups or configurations may take longer. We'll give you an honest estimate once we understand what's going on.

Pricing & Plans

A Single Session is a one-time fix at $69 — great if you have one specific problem. A Session Pack is a bundle of 3 sessions at $49 each ($147 upfront), which saves you 29% and is ideal if you expect to need help more than once. Sessions never expire, so you can use them whenever you need.

No. Your sessions never expire. Buy a pack whenever it's convenient and use them at your own pace — no pressure, no deadlines.

The Yearly Plan is $29/month billed annually ($348/year). It includes 2 remote sessions per month, priority scheduling, proactive health checkups, and additional sessions at a discounted rate. It's the best value if you want ongoing peace of mind.

Emergency Service is $99 and available 24/7 — nights, weekends, and holidays. If something critical breaks outside normal business hours, we're available. No appointment needed.

If we're unable to resolve your issue, we'll work with you to make it right. We don't want you paying for something that didn't help. Reach out directly and we'll figure it out together.
